Pointer to discussion

When ghurlbot comments on an issue, it'd be really useful to have a reference to the part of the log that triggered the action. Along the lines of RRSAgent's pointer: https://www.w3.org/2002/03/RRSAgent#pointer where it provides a URI, e.g.:
