Containerize the Application to Simplify Deployment

Figuring out the deployment configuration get the Mobile Checker can be challenging. It may be helpful to create a container for the Mobile Checker using something like Docker so that the app and all of its dependencies can be self contained and pre-configured. I have put together a Docker container that packages Mobile Checker along with Xvfb and the proxy. That code is here:

I considered issuing a PR, but it didn't seem like it would fit into the project structure.
