Missing links and code mark-up in the "Managed State" glossary entry

The "Managed State" glossary entry mentions both aria-posinset and aria-setsize, but they're plain text, not links to the properties in the main part of the spec.

The entry also references CSS :focus and ::selection but there is no wrapping <code> element around that text, as there is elsewhere.

until we move glossary entries from aria-common to aria/coreaam this needs to be fixed in aria-common so moving the issue there.
