Will it be possible to allow scroll anchoring to account for the difference in font metrics between a web font and its fallback during font load? This can be very jaring for a user, especially on mobile devices with a small width and a large amount of text.
An example of the difference between the GOV.UK web font and its fallback (Arial) can be seen here.
