Our group's work on accessibility standards for e-books is affected by related legislation and policies; we often have to refer to various external sources. These references appear in related issues or as notes in documents. It's likely that each of us keeps our own list of legal reference texts.
To facilitate references, ensure a common source of knowledge and save everyone time, I propose that we publish and maintain a group report similar to [Web Sustainability Laws and Policies] (https://w3c.github.io/sustyweb/policies.html).

Sustainability is doing this because we don't know of another resource that does it. There are many resources that already maintain lists of accessibility regulations. See https://www.lflegal.com/global-law-and-policy/ to get a sense of what's out there. It might be worth pointing to existing resources instead of trying to maintain another list of constantly changing regulations.
