Github issues not being redirected to public-svg-issues mailing list #57

Our PR was accepted w3c/github-notify-ml-config@788b65a

But issues are not being forwarded to the mailing list.

Are you sure the mailing list is configured to allow posts from the correct email address? Is there any way to see whether messages are getting sent to that list but bounced/filtered out?

I think that's probably the issue. I added it to the agenda to remind me to ask Doug to check.

Now I have admin access to the repo, I fixed this by adding the webhook to https://services.w3.org/github-notify-ml/ in the repository's settings
