PING comments regarding privacy

We received a set of feedback issues from PING at https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-tt/2020Mar/0013.html - @nigelmegitt has communicated back to a private set of PING members on 2020-03-17 that he does not believe that any of the comments raised would be resolved with any change that would affect conformance, and that we have already raised the CR transition request. He also requested that issues are raised in the w3c/imsc repo.
