The codecs parameter should have a formal definition of the use of the combination operators. w3c/tt-profile-registry#71

The need to resolve this has not diminished. Refresh the issue and understand the sort of resolution we want to head towards.

ARIB liaison response

Now that we have iterated through the ARIB liaison issues, @nigelmegitt has the action to prepare a response to fulfil #116. Placeholder to review that response, in the hope that it is ready in time for this meeting!

Progress on arranging a call to resolve the outstanding issues.

Implementation Report

All tests are now completed in the w3c/ttml2-tests repo

Status of this? Does it reflect the test suite changes? @cconcolato volunteered to update it with the tests as we expect them to be.
