This is formally pending the W3C Council: after the pause while resolved Apple's formal objection the Chairs have asked the Council Chair to un-pause the Council's work.

W3C has started planning for TPAC 2023 and has asked groups for their planned meetings by May 8th.

Initial steps:

• Note adjacent events e.g. IBC (overlaps with the end of TPAC week this year)

• Are we able to identify any likely agenda topics at this stage?
