last updated and confirmed to be up-to-date as of ?

On the country pages, we currently have last updated:

"Last Updated: 4 April 2017 – Added Netherlands accessibility laws and policies."

However, that doesn't provide clarification of whether there is no new info since then, or we haven't checked if there is new info since then. @roelvangils says:

Hm, if I read “Last updated: 4 April 2017”, I don’t automatically assume that the info on that page is out of date, but simply that is hasn’t been updated for a while (it might still be accurate since most legislation doesn’t change that often).

Perhaps we want to add something like: "Up-to-date as of 00 Month 0000". We should be able to do that for some countries with the update later in 2021. We will not be able to do it for all countries. (that is, we won't have resources to handle all countries so thoroughly)

I know EOWG discussed the last updated quite a bit with the redesign of this in 2017, so when we get back to this, we should find the previous discussions. We probably already considered it. I don't remember...
