Explainer needs better abstract before release #133

The abstract should at least include the purpose of the explainer document. Why did we create the document? How should readers view and use it?

Hi Gregg,

I think it has been updated since you raised this issue, the latest version is: https://w3c.github.io/wcag3/explainer/

Is that sufficient?
