On 4 January 2017 [1] we had consensus that when recommended payment apps, payees
should provide information such as a link to service worker code, name(s), and icons(s). How is this information provided. If it is provided via payment request API, how is that done? Where should this be specified?
Closing in favor of issue #74. At this time I think we are not likely in any case to support through an API merchant-provided data related to recommended payment apps (if we have any special support for merchant preferences at all, it would not include icons/logos).
