Milestone Delivery Checklist

thank you for the milestone submission. Since the Graypaper is not yet released as v.1.0.0 or above, your submission will most likely not be evaluated. See here for the relevant section in the readme. Furthermore, the JAM Prize rules have been changed recently, so that only public repositories are eligible for evaluation.
