Looks great as a base, but I do have a couple of suggestions:

The above the fold content doesn't look that impressive, you want to impress people who open the website in the first 5 seconds, and preferably have something interesting above the fold before you hit them with the CTA. Instead of some posh marketing line and generic wallpaper, i suggest a carousel with the more popular lists, a short description and some download stats.

The material design look is a bit dated, I suggest something more modern like . Also hamburger menus for desktop design are a bit of a no-no (why is it even there since it's just duplicates of the top links?).

Instead of a github link at the top, i'd have the download link. most people want to get the app, not see the source, you can have the github link in the footer still.

A dark mode friendly design or lib to switch automatically based on time of day would be highly welcomed.

for an index page, it's not really selling the app much. Advertising some of the features like "automated installation", "minimising errors", "less modding more playing" and some more things that we can come up with would be a great addition.

I could come up with a design if you'd like, where i can put all of these suggestions, might take some time tho

I think having it be a grid instead of free for all in terms of paragraph length and image size would improve the readability by a lot. That's already feeling very busy to me and it's just 3 entries. You also need more padding inside those boxes. I'd also have View be on the right, as it's the action signifying progress in installing that list, and archive search on the left.
