Inaccurate List Size in Wabbajack UI

Describe the bug

WJ overestimates space taken on lists with lots of usage of BSAs, as it sums the size of all files after extracting bsas into loose, and the actual size could be much smaller.

Additional Context

Example instances of this occuring
Fahluaan says it is ~260gb install size in UI, when in actuality it is ~242gb install size
Apostasy says it is ~246gb install size in UI, when in actuality it is ~196gb install size
