Stuck on "Install configuration for *listname*"

Describe the bug
Immediately when starting the actual installation of a modlist, wabbajack can get stuck on "Install configuration for listname"

Additional Context
I can reproduce the issue by going too quickly.

1. Pick a modlist from the gallery.
2. Before it fully finished loading, select an install folder, and click play to start the installation.

Patience is a virtue. But unfortunately not all users have this patience.
Perhaps the start/play button can be greyed out till the configuration finished loading, or replaced with a loading icon?

I tried to replicate this many times but I seem unable to replicate this.

It most likely depends on your PC/internet.
I can just be fast enough to reproduce it. And it's not a common issue, but I do see users in discord have the issue a couple times a year. (It surprises me though when they said they tried multiple times, but didn't consider simply being patient and wait for the big loading icon to finish before starting)

If you're trying to reproduce, you'll need to close and open wabbajack for each attempt. Here's a recording of the issue:

I suspect this I've fixed this already in my UI rework, but I'll check it again to be sure. Thanks for making the video, very clear what the issue is now.
