Implement Statuspage APIs for Nexus and Github into the App GUI

Community managers at Nexus and/or volunteers supporting people on discord with using WJ all have extra workloads to inform people about issues that prevent them from using WJ. This is a workload that could be lessened by actually implementing the status page api and displaying the status of services WJ relies on.

Having it directly integrated into the main WJ App UI.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Writing a bot for discord that queries those api and updates the current status in a pinned comment.
