ERROR CANNOT UPLOAD WITH ARDUINO

I'm having trouble uploading to Arduino. I don't know if I'm missing something. I hope you can help me.

Did you hold down the BOOT button while connecting the device via USB? Have you ever tried it with a different board version? Have you ever tried uploading the firmware using another tool?

I held the boot button while installing, I used WCHISPtudio and downloaded your.bin file, and it worked, but I can't edit with Arduino

You can try the following:
In Arduino IDE go to Sketch -> Export compiled Binary.
Then go to Sketch -> Show Sketch Folder.
Use the .bin in the folder with WCHISP.

Or try to install an older version of the board files.
