[Windows] Monitored Apps shows ambiguous information

Edge and VS Code shows "Install Extention" even though the extensions have been installed.
notepad++ allows me to check the tracking option even though the extension is installed.

We can change those buttons to say Plugin installed, but we don't have a way to detect if the plugin is installed locally only that you've used one of those plugins in the past. That means if you uninstall the plugin it will still say Plugin installed.

Not a deal breaker then.
I am not sure if it should be changed. Must maybe see what the bigger community thinks about this.
