Retrieve biom table and metadata tsv for entire dataset

Is there a simple script available in python or R to get all of the data as a biom table and tsv with matching sample indices?

It's possible, but not intuitive or simple. What specific data are you trying to get? I tried to attach the metadata table which has FTP links for downloading the raw sequencing. I hope this helps!
