RFE: vector report should give absolute position in meters

Vector report LST format gives position of stations in FT, relative to the UTM mercator! UTM is a metric grid, so this is effectively useless when working with other programs (since you have to divide by 3.2808399 exactly). It should be an option to export this value in metric.

Changing "ProjectProperties->General->ReviewUnts from "feet" to "meters" seems to resolve this issue. What's not obvious (or logical) is that one has to recompile the project first, after changing review units, before exporting the vector data.
