Add an option to use native editor control instead of wxSTC / Scientilla #81
Comments
Thanks for the reply! I honestly didn't understand what to do. I'm not even a beginner. ^^ |
I'm using Aegisub for Windows by the way. |
For those who are willing to try this out, I've added a option to disable the wxSTC editor and use native wxTextCtrl instead. This should solve most IME related bugs at the cost of syntax highlighting. The new r9178 builds for both Windows and macOS are available at https://ftp.wangqr.tk/aegisub/ |
Thank you SO SO SO much!!! |
Font size currently doesn't work with native text ctrl. Reported in #93 |
有了这个功能后Mac上aegisub输入框错位的问题已经解决,而且也没有楼上字体过小的bug,非常感谢! |
Also, While the selection works much better for rtl languages, it will still be great if the editor behaves properly and the text gets aligned on the right with text-direction set to RTL (putting the text on the right side is just not enough as it does not fix numbers and punctuations, there is a difference between alignment and direction) Thanks |
This will be a workaround for #51, #80, Aegisub#190, Aegisub#197, etc.
