Add support for OSC 8: Hyperlinks in the terminal

Support text formatted with links in the terminal (OSC 8) without the URL needing to be visible.

Allow output like "This is a link" using
printf '\e]8;;http://example.com\e\\This is a link\e]8;;\e\\\n'"
