Hi! Could you please let me know where I can find the Dice scores for coronary arteries segmentation? Also, which CT dataset was used during the training phase (contrast-enhanced or non-contrast)? Thank you!

Hi, I've been using totalsegmentator for the same task, and I may have partially answers, but probably @wasserth can provide better insight.
From #26, all the images used to train were with contrast and the dataset is private.
You can find a pseudo-dice (not sure why the pseudo) in the folder .totalsegmentator that is created when you run a specific task for the first time. In my particular case, the folder for the --coronary-arteries task was generated in the folder ~/.totalsegmentator/nnunet/results/Dataset503_cardiac_motion/nnUNetTrainer__nnUNetPlans__3d_fullres/fold_0.
I also found that inside the Dataset503_cardiac_motion folder you can find number of images used to train, image sizes, spacing, etc.
