Render business logic history

Every time the GitHub application generates a natural language summary of the context tied to a new PR, we are already storing such text on the DB table for that GitHub organization. We could build a timeline to contextualize all team members about historical changes in the business logic.

It could be something like this but vertical (thanks @EstebanDalelR for pointing out that vertical looks more like the GitHub UI)

We could use something like Flowbite to render a vertical timeline to achieve this on our Next JS app via the use of Tailwind.
