[Static Pages - Documentation] Support Section - FAQ section #304
Comments
@zoobot what do you think of this FAQ section? |
Looks great, We should provide some way to delete account, even if its just reaching out via form, email or slack. |
@Schploink when you open figma go to the top left of the left column. Find Desktop. Then the design is near the bottom. |
will update to add a "how to use app" section
Add a new section "how to maintain / plant a tree" will be part of this section |
Have a section for users who need extra information to guide them through the platform (Mobile, Desktop). I've seen many startup and companies use notion as their FAQ page. Would be good to proceed that way. Also easier to edit and manage for all users.
Can use Github as the platform to redirect users
https://github.com/waterthetrees/waterthetrees/wiki
- Chat with a bot (I don't think this is feasible at the moment, future plan if possible, may need to be integrated with another service)
- Help Section
Have a section for users who are having trouble / supportBuild off that for now. (More can be added later).

Feature Request (Similar to a Github issue) Under this section we can have a log of changes that were applied + a roadmap (Or we can just link the Github)Users can write in a request with a title and description of what they wantThat can be upvoted onOther users can comment on the post. To have a discussionOnce the team gets to the request it will say "Under Review" either below or beside the title of the request.Request can be sectioned off by type (Categories)Not exactly sure what the section/types can be, but can be organized easier for every party. Would be similar to Github Labels.Users can report bugs hereUsabilityLabel as Mobile / Desktop issue or browser typeCan be uncategorized if not sure how to label the requestUsers can add images / screenshots to add support to their requestIf a request is already being worked on, it can labeled as "Planned" or "In progress" depending on the status of the update.Users can like comments and the request.Label the request and comments with a date.Show a number and users profile who have voted on the request.Categorize the request by sorting it by "Most Recent", "Top", "Trending"Have a search bar to see if anyone has requested anything similar to what you are thinking of.-
