Feature Request: Dedicated DTCM region for configuration table

Need ability to place LPDDR configuration table in a specific memory region so that it can be updated / extracted for debugging purposes.

Proposed changes

The linker script should be updated with a section dedicated to the configuration table. One issue is that the linker comes from wav-rtos-sw project and is not specific to wav-lpddr-sw project. One option is to add a generic area to the linker that wav-rtos-sw based projects could use.
