Description
It's not possible order decoders by "Program Name" or Order Field

Preconditions

N/A

Steps to reproduce

Navigate to management/decoders
Click on any decoder
Order the table on Program Name Field

Expected Result

The table should be displayed ordered by Program Name

Actual Result

A error it's displayed
