Repo and tooling maintenance

Description

Due to recent changes in the scheduled releases (#wazuh/wazuh) and #5566, our unit tests do not run over x.y.z branches, so we need to update the patterns. Branch protections do now work properly neither.

Also, there are some static files and tooling related files that need to be updated (api-data, docker environments).

Tasks:

• Revert 4.4 branches to v4.4.4. (Revert 4.4 to v4.4.4 #5600)
• Update tests in 4.5 branches. (Update test snapshots for 4.5 #5601)
• Update paths to images in wazuh/wazuh's readme. (Update README.md wazuh#17665)
• Update branch pattern in GH Actions (unit tests). (Update test snapshots for 4.5 #5601)
• Update branch pattern protection rules.
