User name with Chinese characters fails Wazuh API authorization

Description
It was reported that authentication with LDAP user having Chinese characters fails with error Error getting the authorization token. On testing, this issue also happens whit internal users, not just on LDAP.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create an internal user with chinese characters. For example Test 证明. Assign admin permissions
2. Map the internal user with the admin role in the Wazuh Plugin
3. Log in with the new user
4. Navigate in the app

Expected Result

1. The user should be able to navigate normally

Actual Result

1. There are several errors showing up. It is not possible to navigate to different sections (for example, rules)
