Add pinned agent to vulnerability section

Description

Now that we have the vulnerabilities state index complete, we can implement the pinned agent mechanics, so that the filters applied automatically when navigating through the application.

As a guide, we want to replicate the view of the thread hunting section:

• Add the "Explore agent" button to the top bar
• Add the agent and environment filter automatically to the dashboard, inventory and events tabs in the vulnerability section
