Support new vulnerability configuration block

Description

With the new changes in the vulnerability detector module, there has been changes to the configuration block. We need to update our templates so we can support it from the UI.

The section under Server Management -> Settings -> System threats and incident response -> Vulnerabilities

Tasks

The steps that have to be completed in order to close the issue.

• Create the new Json handling code
• Adapt the form to accommodate the new data
