Change the base Wazuh image

Hi team,

We are currently using phusion baseimage as the base image of our Wazuh Docker. Due to it has not been updated for quite some time, when the Wazuh image is scanned (#221), several vulnerabilities were detected regarding the dependencies that are implicit to it. So, it'd be a nice idea to completely avoid this image and include an official and well maintained one.

• Find a lightweight and official image to import #259 Choose a lightweight and official image to import. We can evaluate CentOS/Debian.
• Run multiple processes in a container #274 The image must to have mechanisms for keeping the container alive

Notice that this issue can be updated frequently, and for sure any thoughts or ideas on this would be appreciated.
