Add a new input for wazuh-virtual-machines reference for workflows

Description

It is necessary to add a new input in the different workflows of the wazuh-virtual-machines repository that allows entering the REFERENCE of the branch through which you want to execute the workflow for the said repository, the default value has to be the version itself, but it must be able to allow modifying and entering a branch other than the one chosen to execute the workflow.

Tasks

• Modify the builder_OVA workflow to allow entering a branch other than the one selected for workflow execution.
• Modify the packages_builder_ami workflow to allow entering a branch other than the one selected for workflow execution.

Important

The new input must be considered to perform a checkout to the indicated branch
