Change User_Report.sh file to use standard RC files (from previous OpenRC)

Got to edit an update the Shell Script file. The new Python tool looks great. 2 buttons "Create Report" and "Open Report" Nice touch. Click the Red round button to close.

Add some installation tool to perform the following 3 steps.
1.) sudo mkdir -p /usr/share/generate_user_report
2.) copy all the files to above created directory
3.) Next copy file Generate_User_Report.desktop to ~/Desktop
4.) Test execute permission active on files Generate_User_Report.desktop, and User_Report.sh add some other checks??
5.) The Sample Icon file applets-screenshooter.png could be changed or modified. This was an icon I picked for a place holder to make the method click the desktop icon execute.
