We never finished #102 + web-platform-tests/rfcs#120, but now that Interop 2023 has launched we should do this so that we can run the Interop 2024 process without involving the WPT core team and the RFC process.

These are some issues I'd like to resolve:

  • Should we have an official chair? I have de-facto served this role, but this should be open to others who want to do it, which I would welcome.
  • Confirm that decision making by consensus and public notes is our default mode of operation, and/or document how exceptions of this are handled.
  • Agreement on how to proceed with Reconsider the browser specific failures graph #270 (it's now mentioned in the proposed charter text)
