Describe the bug
Upgrade of tables fails with the attached full stack trace

To Reproduce

Upgrade of deepL-Extension from version 2.3.1 to 3.0; TYPO3 11.35
Run the upgrade wizard "Update glossary
Updates local glossaries to cleaned up structure. Migrates tables and fixes be_groups"
The process ends without success
