Need to re-think about different parameters for non-projects

• Alliances
• Labs
• Events

We have categories like labs https://explorer.web3privacy.info/category/rd

Project-centric parameters aren't applicable.

So would be cool to have "other"/differentiator -> labs will be in the db, maybe even foundations in the future :)
