URL: https://www.amazon.co.uk

Browser / Version: Firefox 100.3.0
Operating System: Android 12
Tested Another Browser: Yes Chrome

Problem type: Something else
Description: A print label button doesn't apear, when opened in the browser. Copy/pasted the link in Chrome and it apped, and worked as it should. It seems to me like the Amazon's ITs just don't bother to optimise their site to work with Firefox for Android.
Steps to Reproduce:
I was redirected from the Amazon app to my default browser (Firefox for Android) to print a return lable. Unfortunately, there wasn't any option to do it. I tried it on my PC and it was OK. Then I rememberd that some websites are not acting properly with Firefox for Android, so I copy/pased the ling in Chrome and this time a yellol Print label& instructions button appeared, and I was able to print from my mobile phone. I could accept this for small websites, but not fof multi billion corporation, like Amazon.

Thanks for the report, unfortunately, a previous order in needed to be able to print labels.

How do I print an Amazon return label?

  1. Open Amazon.
  2. Click Orders on the top-right.
  3. Click Return or replace items next to an order.
  4. Select a reason for your return, and click Continue.
  5. Select a refund method, and click Continue.
  6. Select a shipment method.
  7. Click Submit.
  8. Click Print label & instructions.

@ksy36 do you happen to have one?

I don't have any that eligible for return right now :( This is probably related to mozilla-mobile/fenix#13214 though.
