Checklist

About 1 month before course

• Course is up-to-date
  • breaking changes in React, React Router, other tools?
  • any new features to include?
• Dev tools work (e.g. with current Node.js version)
• Teams call/invite with course participants has been sent out
  • incl. setup instructions/prerequesites & info about JS recap (see wiki)
  • check with all in a non-european timezone if they're aware and fine with CET course time
  • Communicate that we appreciate participation for the full course duration and no partial participation with come&go
  • possibly with hybrid approach (exercise room in camp zulu for interested people)
• Order a new collectors link for the Survey Monkey feedback form. Each link is different but points to the same form (e.g., Feedback Form)

Latest 1 week before course

• Miro board has been prepared

• Chapter assignments are clear

Day before course

• Teams meeting has been checked against Workday participant list (in case of late changes)
• Prepare breakout rooms

Around course date

• Next course instance has been promoted
• New instance(s) have been scheduled
  • always 2-3 instances planned ahead
• Course instance issue for next instance has been created (template)
