Worker requirements.txt cleanup

Thank you for the amazing Open Source project. There are some unnecessary dependencies in the requirements.txt file. For example: plotly, matplotlip or an old version of openai. Reducing the dependencies would help to clean up the code, reduce the size of the container and increase build speed. If interested I could provide a pull request - also with an updated python version for the container.
