Support for social share previews

Twitter, facebook, Google+, all have meta tags and there's microdata to be added. Currently the site has zero share value for anyone on those platforms. We should change that.

Additional links, ideas and constraints

• Use Shariff or similar for better sharing experience (performance wise)

Please do not use the abomination default social media buttons are. They are horrible in terms of performance/filesize and a privacy nightmare. Use plain links or something like shariff
