incorrect URL in developer's guide #851

Describe the bug
In the Developer's guide the link for sample code for testing is not working. (error 404 documentation not found).

To Reproduce

Visit the developer's guide
Under the getting started heading. click on the 7th pointer's URL.
Error should pop up instead of redirecting to the correct webpage

Environment (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows 11
