Push straight to master

Hey! Loving this plugin, but do you think it would be possible to configure (globally) that the app should just push to master without going through a PR? I don't want to get the notifications from the PRs, they're not interesting to me.

I suppose an option to turn them on per repo makes sense if people want

I'm currently using PRs to get the commit reference from upstream before resetting the fork's master to match upstream master's commit hash. I'm not sure if I'll be able to reset without the PR step. Let me know if you have any suggestions.

For now, I guess you can create email filters to drop emails with "[pull]" in the title.
