Stable URI for protocols and protocol pages

We would like to have stable URI or URLs to pages from the party procol pages so we can link directly to the protocol pages from the corpus. Ideally in a stable way that can also be sued by Wikipedia and the like. We should talk to riksdagsbiblioteket and Martin på Kungliga biblioteket about this. Then we should fix our page links to these pages to simplify for researchers to read pages.

• best would be if we get it as LIBRIS-URI as we already have it in Wikidata Property:P5587

and not just protocols

Best would be if Wikidata is not the Authority for objects as the basic idea is that Wikidata gets trust from facts with sources from Authorities i.e. it makes also sense that Kungliga biblioteket have stable URI for other entities

like

• parties - SPARQL - looks like Wikidata have at least LIBRIS-URI for socialdemokraterna = c9prtnfw31wt8nb

• Swedish PMs before 1971 see issue #38 Wikidata tries to use the book "Två kammar Riksdagen" as the source
• electoral districts
• public offices
