Part of #5802

In order to productions a Knowledge Graph we will need to have a scalable infrastructure that can be supported by Wellcome engineering teams. The previous knowledge graph was a local deployment with a UI hosted in Vercel. We need to look at a range of tools and technical considerations for scaling this.
