Add developer tools F12/Ctrl+Shift+I shortcut

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In most browsers you can open the developer settings via pressing F12 or pressing Ctrl+Shift+I, however because these shortcuts don't exist, I didn't even know the developer tools were in wexond (until I wanted to download an image and found out, see #322 )

When pressing one of the two mentioned shortcuts, the developer tools appear
