Describe the bug
After running hardhat --network arbitrum_goerli sourcify the terminal says the contract was already verified but in reality if I got to https://goerli.arbiscan.io/address/0x0ea8a557ea72951e32e329fc6639e5b9bd17b7e4#code it is actually not. The terminal displays as if the contract had verified:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
Just follow the instructions on README.md and later take a look at https://goerli.arbiscan.io

Expected behaviour
Arbiscan shoud report the contract as successfully verified.

versions

  • hardhat-deploy 0.11.44
  • hardhat 2.19.2
  • nodejs v18.18.2

Additional context
The code used to deploy was the code available at https://github.com/daniel-mccloud/arbitrum-goerli-hd/tree/b73a540bfd83a31ed8f59f55c9eb190791685bc7

sourcify command will verify on sourcify

arbiscan uses the proprietary etherscan infratructure and the command for it is etherscan-verify
