Add Read-Only and Read/Write toggle for System Files Access #57

This feature would provide additional safety for the average user, and remove the potential brick risk when accessing System Files and Folders.

This implementation could include:

Having an Off, Read-Only and Read/Write options
Adding a Brick Risk warning message when Write is enabled
Adding temporary Read/Write
