Hong Kong / Taiwan region not working for vWii games

This this not work for Hong Kong / Taiwanese vWii game which use Traditional chinese language such as Super Mario Galaxy 2 taiwan or hong kong version. It only works when I delete the plugin and use a modded setting.txt file with region JP, area HKG and video NTSC I then can exchange the file via FTPiiU in my NAND folder for my vWii region but this only works when the plugin isn't installed otherwise I get a green screen of death and have to hard restart my Wii U.

(I have a European Wii U btw)
